Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups carrots peeled
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger root fresh, unpeeled
  • 1 cup green apple unpeeled
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Juice together the carrots and lemongrass, then the ginger and apple, then sprinkle in the sea salt for added flavor.
  • Drink immediately or place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
