Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp Earth Balance Butter
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth **Click on Recipe Link***
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes or until soft and tender.
  • Place the cooked cauliflower into the food processor or blender and add in the butter, almond meal, and broth. Puree well, about 2 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
