Instructions
Prepare Tinkyada noodles according to package directions.
Place raw cashew and water in the food processor and blend for about 2 minutes, unto a smooth consistency.
Add in miso, lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt, and nutritional yeast and process until smooth.
Warm mixture in a sauce pan over low heat until heating through. Pour over cooked fettuccine noodles.
Notes
The creamy cashew nuts create an amazing white sauce!
