  • 14 oz package of Tinkyada fettuccine cooked
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no added sugar or preservatives
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin


  • Prepare Tinkyada noodles according to package directions.
  • Place raw cashew and water in the food processor and blend for about 2 minutes, unto a smooth consistency.
  • Add in miso, lemon juice, tahini, onion, garlic, salt, and nutritional yeast and process until smooth. Slowly drizzle in olive oil until oil is emulsified.
  • Warm mixture in a sauce pan over low heat until heating through. Pour over cooked fettuccine noodles.


The creamy cashew nuts create an amazing white sauce!
