Instructions
Soak the cashews for about 7 and a half hours; then drain.
Add cashews to a blender or food processor with the lemon juice and 1/4 cup water. Blend until smooth while scraping down the sides occasionally to make sure everything is incorporated and smooth.
Store in a airtight container for up to 7 days.
