Instructions
Place the tsp of chia seeds in the bottom of your glass before juicing your vegetables.
Juice together the aloe vera, orange, and cucumber then pour into the glass with the chia seeds; mix well.
Drink immediately, or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
Notes
Tip: Chia seeds will begin to gel and thicken the longer they are left to soak.
