  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp aloe vera fresh
  • 1 cup orange peeled
  • 1 cup cucumber unpeeled


  • Place the tsp of chia seeds in the bottom of your glass before juicing your vegetables.
  • Juice together the aloe vera, orange, and cucumber then pour into the glass with the chia seeds; mix well.
  • Drink immediately, or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!


Tip: Chia seeds will begin to gel and thicken the longer they are left to soak.
