Chia Cucumber Orange Juice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp aloe vera fresh
- 1 cup orange peeled
- 1 cup cucumber unpeeled
- Place the tsp of chia seeds in the bottom of your glass before juicing your vegetables.
- Juice together the aloe vera, orange, and cucumber then pour into the glass with the chia seeds; mix well.
- Drink immediately, or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
Tip: Chia seeds will begin to gel and thicken the longer they are left to soak.
