soaked overnight

Instructions
Soak blanched almonds in water overnight. Rinse and drain.
Place all ingredients in food processor, pulse until creamy.
Transfer "cream cheese" to a airtight jar and let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour to thicken. Good for up to 3 days.
