  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds soaked overnight
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped


  • Soak blanched almonds in water overnight. Rinse and drain.
  • Place all ingredients in food processor, pulse until creamy.
  • Transfer "cream cheese" to a airtight jar and let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour to thicken. Good for up to 3 days.


Enjoy with this delicious spread with your favorite bagel or bread.
