Dave's Grapefruit Pineapple Berry Smoothie
This one is a staff favorite, and loaded with vitamin C!

Equipment
- Blender with 24oz cup
Ingredients
- 1 whole grapefruit quartered, cut peel and pectin off
- 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
- 1/2 cup cranberries frozen
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple frozen chunks
- 2 cups water filtered, plus or 2 cups of water
Instructions
- Cut the grapefruit to remove the peel and pectin place in blender.
- Add blueberries, cranberries, and pineapple.
- Blend and serve.
Notes
This vitamin C loaded smoothie is a favorite to all.
