Equipment

  • Blender with 24oz cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole grapefruit quartered, cut peel and pectin off
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup cranberries frozen
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple frozen chunks
  • 2 cups water filtered, plus or 2 cups of water

Instructions
 

  • Cut the grapefruit to remove the peel and pectin place in blender.
  • Add blueberries, cranberries, and pineapple.
  • Blend and serve.

Notes

This vitamin C loaded smoothie is a favorite to all.
