Instructions
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of water and cook potatoes and chilies until potatoes are almost soft.
Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and meat substitute and combine well.
Continue cooking until meat substitute, potatoes, and tomatoes are fully cooked.
Warm tortilla in the microwave. Spoon in mixture and hot sauce and roll into a burrito.
Notes
Consider adding some plant-based cheese for a different tasty treat!
