  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 small potatoes diced small
  • 2 poblano peppers diced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2/3 cup plant-based ground beef Gardien
  • 2 flour tortillas no bleached flour
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce optional, NO SODIUM BENZOATE


  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook potatoes and chilies until potatoes are almost soft.
  • Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and meat substitute and combine well.
  • Continue cooking until meat substitute, potatoes, and tomatoes are fully cooked.
  • Warm tortilla in the microwave. Spoon in mixture and hot sauce and roll into a burrito.


Consider adding some plant-based cheese for a different tasty treat!
