Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 small potatoes diced small
- 2 poblano peppers diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tomato diced
- 2/3 cup plant-based ground beef Gardien
- 2 flour tortillas no bleached flour
- 1/4 cup hot sauce optional, NO SODIUM BENZOATE
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook potatoes and chilies until potatoes are almost soft.
- Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and meat substitute and combine well.
- Continue cooking until meat substitute, potatoes, and tomatoes are fully cooked.
- Warm tortilla in the microwave. Spoon in mixture and hot sauce and roll into a burrito.
Notes
Consider adding some plant-based cheese for a different tasty treat!
