Whisk in the paprika, curry, salt, flour, and tapioca starch. Lastly whisk in nutritional yeast. Consistency should be clumpy.
In a separate pot begin boiling water for your pasta. Cook times may vary depending on type of pasta so cook as directed on your packaging.
Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup water into sauce on low heat until it gets to the stage of thinly melted "cheese". Add sriracha to taste.
Combine cooked pasta and sauce using any saved pasta water to thin out the sauce if necessary.
Plate the mac & "cheese" and sprinkle it with chives and cayenne. Enjoy your spicy treat.
