Heat 2 tbsp of water in a large saucepan over medium-high heat then sauté the onions for about 5 minutes.
Add in the broccolini along with 2 tbsp of water, cover the pan and increase the heat to high to steam for about 5 minutes.
Mix in the garlic, chili pepper, ginger, bell pepper, mushrooms, snap peas, and sweetcorn. Cook until all veggies are tender then drizzle in soy sauce. Enjoy!
