In a large bowl, mash together all the ingredients except the butter, spaghetti sauce and noodles. Combine until crumbly like ricotta cheese.
Using the butter, lightly coat the lasagna pan. Assemble the lasagna by spreading 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the pan, then a layer of noodles. Then spread 1/2 of the tofu mixture on top of the noodles. Follow with another layer of 1/3 of the sauce, then another layer of noodles and the rest of the tofu mixture, then a layer of sauce and the final layer of noodles and top everything off with the final layer of sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
