Instructions
In a large pan melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute for about 7 minutes. Mix in the paprika's, and Italian seasonings and stir until aromatics turn fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, vegetable broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then add macaroni and the TVP. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked al dente.
Remove from the heat and let stand for about 5 minutes to thicken up. Season dish with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
