Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Yellow Onion chunks
  • 3 cloves Garlic cut in half
  • 3 stalk Celery with leaves, cut in chunks
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 10 cups Water
  • 1/2 tsp Basil dried
  • 1/2 tsp Sage dried
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions
 

  • Place water in large cooking pot
  • Add all ingredients
  • Bring to boil
  • Reduce to simmer for 1 hour
  • Strain vegetables. (use as compost)
  • This will reduce down to make about 6 cups
