Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Newman's Own Salsa or other low sodium salsa
  • 14 oz tomatoes low sodium, canned
  • 28 oz kidney beans or black beans low sodium, canned, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen veggies
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, combine and cook all ingredients together on medium low heat for 10 minutes.
