Alfredo Pasta with Peas
- 12 oz Tinkyada spaghetti noodles cooked
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Earth Balance Butter
- 1 tbsp flour no bleached flour
- 1 1/2 cups green peas
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/8 tsp salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste
- Prepare the Tinkyada pasta according to the instructions on the package. Keep warm.
- While the pasta is cooking, in a medium stock pot over low heat, combine soy milk, garlic powder, and butter and whisk gently.
- Whisk in flour and stir until thickened.
- Mix in peas and nutritional yeast until heated through. Pour over cooked noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
