Alfredo Pasta with Peas

  • 12 oz Tinkyada spaghetti noodles cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Earth Balance Butter
  • 1 tbsp flour no bleached flour
  • 1 1/2 cups green peas
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste


  • Prepare the Tinkyada pasta according to the instructions on the package. Keep warm.
  • While the pasta is cooking, in a medium stock pot over low heat, combine soy milk, garlic powder, and butter and whisk gently.
  • Whisk in flour and stir until thickened.
  • Mix in peas and nutritional yeast until heated through. Pour over cooked noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
