Ingredients
- 2 lbs Brussel sprouts cut in halves
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium, NO SODIUM BENZOATE
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Steam the Brussel Sprouts for 3 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the sesame oil, agave, garlic, ginger, raisins, and Brussel sprouts. Saute for about 5 minutes or until sprouts are tender and looks golden.
- Add in the soy sauce, chili flakes and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
