  • 15 oz black beans can
  • 3 avocados pitted
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped


  • With a fork or masher, mash the beans in a medium bowl until partially mashed.
  • Combine all other ingredients and mash together. Season to taste.
