Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash cut in half and remove seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 tsp plant-based butter Earth Balance Butter
- 1/2 tsp agave
Instructions
- Preheat oven 400° F
- Prepare a cookie sheet by lining with foil.
- Place acorn on the cookie sheet
- Take tsp of cinnamon and sprinkle over both halves
- Place 1/2 tsp of butter in each squash half
- Drizzle 1/4 tsp of agave over each half of squash
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve
