Baked Cinnamon Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  

  • 1 acorn squash cut in half and remove seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 tsp plant-based butter Earth Balance Butter
  • 1/2 tsp agave

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 400° F
  • Prepare a cookie sheet by lining with foil.
  • Place acorn on the cookie sheet
  • Take tsp of cinnamon and sprinkle over both halves
  • Place 1/2 tsp of butter in each squash half
  • Drizzle 1/4 tsp of agave over each half of squash
  • Bake for 30 minutes and serve
