Baked Millet Patties
- 1 1/2 cups millet cooked
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp parsley
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Place a piece of parchment paper down on a baking sheet. Using your hands, form mixture into 8 patties, about 1 inch thickness.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes on each side.
