  • 2 cup cilantro leaves fresh
  • 1 cup mint leaves fresh
  • 1/3 cup yogurt almond-milk
  • 1/4 cup onion finely, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1 1/2 tsp date sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin ground
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor; pulse until smooth. Scrape down the side occasionally to make sure everything is incorporated.
  • Serve immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Enjoy!
