- Food Processor
- 2 cup cilantro leaves fresh
- 1 cup mint leaves fresh
- 1/3 cup yogurt almond-milk
- 1/4 cup onion finely, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
- 1 1/2 tsp date sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin ground
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor; pulse until smooth. Scrape down the side occasionally to make sure everything is incorporated.
- Serve immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Enjoy!
