Ingredients
- 1 cup basil fresh, packed
- 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh cracked
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the food processor except the olive oil.
- Pulse for about 30 seconds, then slowly start to drizzle in the olive oil in a steady stream. Pulse until smooth.
- Keeps well for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
