  • Food Processor


  • 1 cup basil fresh, packed
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh cracked
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin


  • Place all the ingredients in the food processor except the olive oil.
  • Pulse for about 30 seconds, then slowly start to drizzle in the olive oil in a steady stream. Pulse until smooth.
  • Keeps well for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
