Beet Carrot Juice
- 2 cups carrot peeled
- 1 cup beets with greens peeled, washed well
- 1 cup green apple unpeeled, sliced
- 1 cup watercress
- Juice first the carrots, then the beets with their greens, and finish off with the apple and watercress. Make sure to stir the juice between each new addition.
- Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
