Black Beans Spinach And Wild Rice

  • 2 15oz Cans of Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 150z Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 3 cups Baby Spinach
  • 3/4 cup Wild Rice


  • In a large saucepan add wild rice to 3 cups of water with a pinch of salt
  • Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 40 minutes
  • Add beans, diced tomatoes, pepper, sea salt, marjoram
  • Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes
  • If to dry splash in a little water as needed
  • Add the spinach and stir cook for 5 minutes
