Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped, about 2 green onions
- 4 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 cup Cooked Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes
- Using a large skillet heat the oil on medium heat and cover
- Add broccoli and cook for about 6 minutes until tender and don't forget to stir
- Stir in the garlic and the green onions and cook for 2 minutes more
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add the black beans, parsley, and walnuts stir while cooking for 1 to 2 minutes and serve
