Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped, about 2 green onions
  • 4 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes
  • Using a large skillet heat the oil on medium heat and cover
  • Add broccoli and cook for about 6 minutes until tender and don't forget to stir
  • Stir in the garlic and the green onions and cook for 2 minutes more
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Add the black beans, parsley, and walnuts stir while cooking for 1 to 2 minutes and serve
