Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Shallots
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 small Fennel Bulbs quartered lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Tarragon for garnish
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Using a large skillet heat the oil on medium heat, add shallots, and fennel, and cook for about 5 minutes
  • Add the water, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste cover and cook for about 18 minutes
  • Sprinkle with tarragon and serve
