Carrot Lemongrass Juice
- 3 cups carrots peeled
- 2 tbsp lemongrass sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger root fresh, unpeeled
- 1 cup green apple unpeeled
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Juice together the carrots and lemongrass, then the ginger and apple, then sprinkle in the sea salt for added flavor.
- Drink immediately or place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
