- Food Processor
- 2 cups cashews toasted
- 1/2 tsp sugar optional
- 1/4 tsp salt optional
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Place the cashews, sugar, and salt into the food processor. Blend on high until a paste is formed.
- Reduce the speed and slowly add the vegetable oil until the consistency is smooth. Be sure to use a spatula to scrape the sides for a even consistency.
