  • Food Processor


  • 2 cups cashews toasted
  • 1/2 tsp agave optional
  • 1/4 tsp salt optional
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil


  • Place the cashews, sugar, and salt into the food processor. Blend on high until a paste is formed.
  • Reduce the speed and slowly add the vegetable oil until the consistency is smooth. Be sure to use a spatula to scrape the sides for a even consistency.
