Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

  • Food Processor


  • 2 cups hazelnuts raw, shelled
  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tsp cacao powder raw, untreated, unprocessed
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs


  • Place the hazelnuts and olive oil into the food processor and process for about 3 minutes.
  • Add in the raw cacao powder and cacao nibs.
  • Process for another 8 minutes at slow speed until mixture is creamy.
  • Place in a airtight container at room temperature for up to 10 days.
