  • 1 cup almond milk unflavored, unsweetened
  • 1 cup avocado peeled, pitted, cubed
  • 1/2 cup coconut water fresh, no sugar added
  • 1 tsp cacoa powder fresh
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • Blend all of the ingredients together.
  • Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
