Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Earth Balance butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup apple vinegar cider
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour no bleached flour
  • 1/8 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter in a small pot over low heat. Add the turmeric, curry powder, and salt. Whisk in the flour and nutritional yeast until mixture looks clumpy.
  • Slowly pour in the cider while whisking until dip turns creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
