Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 tsp date sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium, NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh, grated
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest fresh, grated
  • 1 tbsp orange juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest fresh, grated
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives

Instructions
 

  • Bring vinegar, mirin, and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Stir constantly to avoid sugars from sticking to the bottom of the pan, then remove from the heat.
  • Whisk in the soy sauce, ginger, orange zest, orange juice, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Serve immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Enjoy!
