  • 1/2 cup cucumber unpeeled
  • 1 tbsp aloe vera fresh
  • 1 cup green bell pepper deribbed, seeded
  • 1 cup green apple unpeeled, sliced


  • Juice together the aloe vera with the cucumber, then your green bell pepper and green apple. Mix well between each new ingredient addition.
  • Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
