Cucumber Spinach Juice
- 3 cups cucumbers unpeeled
- 1 cup spinach stalks removed
- 1 cup green apple unpeeled, sliced
- 1 cup parsley
- 4 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar or preservatives
- Juice together the cucumber, spinach, and green apple. While pushing the parsley into the juicer; drizzle in the lemon juice to allow for easier juicing.
- Drink immediately or pour into an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
