  • 1 cup watermelon seedless, balls
  • 6 medium strawberries sliced, tops removed
  • 1 cup banana peeled
  • 1 oz mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder


  • Blend together all of the ingredients.
  • Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
