Ingredients
- 1 medium Avocado diced
- 1 large Cucumber peeled and diced
- 1/2 large Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1/2 medium White Onion diced
- 1 large Heirloom Tomato diced
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 5 small Pepperoncinis diced
Instructions
- Mixed all chopped veggies in a medium-sized bowl
- Pour oil and red wine vinegar over all veggies
- Add salt and pepper stir well and serve
