  • 1 Orange sliced and quartered no peel
  • 1/2 cup Grapes red, whole
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries frozen
  • 3 tbsp Hemp Protein powder
  • 2 1/2 cup Water filtered
  • 1 Banana whole


  • Cut orange and slice and quarter NO PEELs
  • Add Hemp protein
  • Add other fruit
  • Blend and serve
