  • 2 cloves garlic mashed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 onion chopped


  • Place all ingredients into a large stock pot. Cover and cook for 45 minutes on simmer.
  • Strain the broth before serving.
