Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats steel cut
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp walnuts chopped
  • 1 tsp cranberries dried

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together all of the ingredients except the 1/4 cup of almond milk and walnuts. Bring to a simmer and stir continuously are soft and the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl and drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk and top with chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
