Healthy Homemade Whole Wheat Pie Crust

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup Earth Balance butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water


  • Mix flour, salt and butter in a medium bowl.
  • Fold in the butter until crumbly.
  • Slowly add the water a tablespoon at a time until you can form a dough.
  • Roll out the dough and then press into a pie pan. Use your thumb to fingers to create the edging. It is now ready to be filled.
