- 1 1/4 cup coconut water fresh, unsweetened
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Blend all of the ingredients together.
- Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
The chia seeds will begin to gel and thicken the drink the longer they are left to soak.
