Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 28 oz tomatoes crushed, fire roasted
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp basil fresh
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper fresh cracked

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a medium sized pot over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper and saute for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except the salt and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid anything from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
  • Serve over any Tinkyada brand pasta and enjoy!
