Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 4 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 28 oz tomatoes crushed, fire roasted
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp basil fresh
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper fresh cracked
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a medium sized pot over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper and saute for about 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the salt and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid anything from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- Serve over any Tinkyada brand pasta and enjoy!
