  • 3/4 cup Black olives
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Capers optional
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until almost smooth.
