Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp orange juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium, NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp ginger ground
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 bunch broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas chopped
  • 1 whole carrot sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, water, agave, and ginger. Set aside
  • In a large stock pot, heat garlic in the olive oil and add veggies. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, until veggies get tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add sauce and reduce heat to simmer. Stir often for an additional 4 minutes or until veggies are fully cooked.
