Pickled Red Onions

  • Refrigerator


  • 1 cup red onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt


  • Place all of the ingredients in a large glass lidded jar then seal the jar; shake well.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving; shake at least once an hour to make sure everything is well soaked. Enjoy!
