Pickled Red Onions
- 1 cup red onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- Place all of the ingredients in a large glass lidded jar then seal the jar; shake well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving; shake at least once an hour to make sure everything is well soaked. Enjoy!
