Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Earth Balance butter
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tbsp flour no bleached flour
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Add mushrooms.
  • Allow to cook for approximately 5 minutes, then add the milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and celery salt. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Place mixture into a blender and puree.
  • Pour mixture into a fondue pot and add the milk. Over medium heat, whisk in flour and heat until thickened.
  • Add nutritional yeast and serve immediately.
  • Serve with French bread or mushrooms.
